During the pandemic, I started a home cafe account called ‘samcakescafe’ encouraging folks to create fun, aesthetically pleasing drinks while they quarantined at home. This success of the page with over 200K followers led to collaborations with brands such as Chobani, Chamberlain Coffee, and Fishwife. Making a matcha latte or strawberry milk is still something I love doing (though it happens offline now!).
